Standard shipping starts at $10 and takes 2-7 business days from shipment date.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

If you’re in Western Australia, just allow an extra 1–2 business days for delivery.

Keep in mind, once your parcel is with Australia Post, delivery times are managed by them and can vary slightly.

Most orders arrive on time, but sometimes delays can happen due to Australia Post or unexpected issues.

If your parcel hasn’t shown up after the estimated timeframe, just reach out to us and we’ll look into it for you straight away.

We currently accept payment via Bank Deposit.

At the moment, we don’t offer credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, or similar online payment options.

You can cancel your order before payment is processed.

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to sort it out before your order is dispatched.

Once it’s been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Because of the nature of our products and health regulations, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Every order is carefully checked and securely packed before it leaves us to make sure it arrives in good condition.
