Standard shipping starts at $10 and takes 2-7 business days from shipment date.

Orders received before 11:00 AM are typically packed the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM will be packed on the following day.

After your order is paid for and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor when your order is dispatched and scheduled for delivery to your residence. If delivery is unsuccessful (no one is home), you can pick up your goods from your local Australia Post office. To check your order status, use the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Our parcels and packages are completely discreet. There are no details about the contents or Cigarettes Supply visible on the exterior of the box or satchel. We recognize that everyone's situations vary, and we prioritize discreet packaging. You can confidently receive your parcel at your home or office, as there will be no indication of what's inside.
